One Simple Party Package
Quarters Arcade offers a party room for any special occasion.
Every Party Includes:
• 2 HOURS use of our pre-decorated party room.
• 500 Bonus Tickets in the form of a Ticket Voucher that may be redeemed by the birthday kid or used in any capacity that the party decides.
• Three tables that we set up with white table liners and Quarters Arcade balloons. Two of those tables have seating, while the third may be used for presents, food, etc.
• You may bring any food, cake or additional party decorations that you'd like. We only prohibit alcohol.
• We'll handle all the clean-up.
• ALL FOR JUST A SMALL $20 DEPOSIT*
* Deposit is to reserve the room. If you cancel you forfeit your deposit. Deposit is given back to you on the day of the party in quarters.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How far in advance should I book?
As far in advance as possible. The closer you are to the date of your desired party slot, the harder it is to ensure you'll be able to get it. We book up FAST.
I just tried to book a slot, and now it's saying that slot is not available. Why is it saying that?
If you browse time slots and choose one, but do not complete the booking process within a certain amount of time, the system will assume someone is trying to book that slot. Wait 10-15 minutes, refresh, and try again. It's also always possible someone else is trying to book the same slot at the same time as you.
How much do I owe for the party?
It really is just $20, which you'll receive back on the day of the party in quarters. There is no per-guest minimum. You can spend any amount you'd like. We have change machines at the entrance if you have cash, or you can get quarters off your card at The Prize Counter. We accept the vast majority of payment methods, including contactless.
How early can we show up for our party?
We always recommend parties arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their start time. We leave an hour between party slots in order to give buffer time for the prior party to leave, and for us to have ample time to make sure the room is clean and ready for you.
What are we allowed to bring?
You may bring any kind of food, decorations, or cake that you'd like. The only thing we strictly prohibit is alcohol.
How late can we stay for our party?
We generally ask that parties try to have things wrapped up by 15 minutes after their party time has ended. This is to ensure that we our staff has time to clean up and have things ready to go for the next party that comes in after yours.
Where can we park?
You can park on the street or in any of the paid parking lots in the area. The parking lot right next to us is reserved for local employees and is not affiliated with Quarters Arcade.
Can I rent the whole arcade for private events?
We do not currently offer the ability to rent the entire arcade. Just the party room. It is very important to us that our patrons can always count on us to be open to the public 7 days a week for our regular operating hours.
